AWM Program Manager - Regulatory Change Management & Governance



The AWM Business Coordinator is the primary contact and liaison for the line of business to facilitate change management activities related to statues, laws, regulations and rules (SLRRs) that impact the firm. This includes strategic and tactical responsibilities required to bring tasks to closure. The role will support the Global Private Bank by assisting them in understanding the regulations that have been published by the legal team, considering if that regulation has an impact and if it does, identifying and recording (mapping) the appropriate procedure, process, policy or system that demonstrates their compliance.

In this role you will be required to execute transactions in the Electronic Legal Application (ELA) and will follow service level agreement (SLA) or other milestone requirements as outlined by the program. Additionally the role is involved in maintaining quality criteria, linking obligation to CORE processes and adhering to policy guidance to maintain risk and audit standards.

  • Responsible for achieving impact conclusions via a coordinated effort among key stakeholders
  • Understanding, communicating and following the OLO program guidelines, Policy Standards process and all other line of business tool processes used to achieve program goals
  • Provide regular status updates on progress towards milestones and SLA's; conduct ad hoc reporting to support the business needs
  • Performing all functions/tasks needed to maintain the accuracy of mapping for an LOB including resolving document discrepancies; CORE process updates, and other relevant confirmations needed for sustainability
  • Facilitate or support project facilitator, create materials for presentation, and provide reporting/metrics as required

Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of Private Bank Line of Business preferred; experience with CORE framework a plus
  • Knowledge of Legal Obligation process and ELA preferred
  • Exceptional inter-personal skills required
  • 3-7 years project management / business analysis experience
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
  • Must be highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment
