The Company

My client is a well-established technology company that is very strong in building digital analytic platforms in Europe. To cope with their expansion in Asia Pacific and Hong Kong, they are now looking for Rock Star Sales Manager to accelerate growth and forge the company’s dominance in Hong Kong.

The Job

  • Manage the sales and achieve growth, exceed the annual sales target
  • Understand client’s industry and positioning, match their needs with client centric solutions. Help clients on path to omnichannel personalization and digital growth
  • Identify opportunities in market shifts while being aware of new products and competitions
  • Nurture clients with industry knowledge and upsell the clients for a wider spectrum of company’s products
  • Lead sales associates and provide support as they generate leads
  • Manage country’s pipeline to forecast and realize revenue to fit for presentation and accountability to management

The Requirements

  • University degree with 3+ sales management experience
  • Experience in selling SaaS or IT solutions
  • Extensive network in ecommerce, travel, ad tech, or other spaces relating to digital marketing
  • Knowledge in digital marketing will be a huge plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills effective in person and by phone
  • Experience with C-level negotiation on contracts of significant deal size
