B2C Key Account Manager

(Mainly in Hong Kong and Macau markets, direct manages key account of big chained Retailers)

Reporting to the B2C Senior Sales Manager APAC, based in Hong Kong, you will be actively managing and developing the B2C/Wholesale channel, mainly in Hong Kong & Macau in accordance with the Brand's strategic objectives.
You will manage the existing network of Retailers (mainly active in Stationery, Department Stores, Travel Retail, Bookstores, Electronics, Digital and other channels); explore new business opportunities with a multi-channel approach including: geographic expansion, new channels exploration as well as new accounts activation and training.


Main Duties / Responsibilities:
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • You will be in charge of the sales targets for all the assigned key accounts, partners and channels, mainly in Hong Kong and Macau
  • You need to monitor closely/weekly the sales performance of the key account Retailers, drive sales, meet or out-perform the pre-set sales targets which are your key KPIs
  • You will work closely/regularly with the marketing team to plan, initiate and execute effective promotion activities to ensure the sales targets on track and well executed at retailer level 
  • You will negotiate trading terms with the key account Retailers and maximize business 
  • You will manage the sales performance and distribution plans based on analysis on a regular basis, keeping track of the budget and sales revenues
  • You will observe market changes & competitor activities, strive to develop business & strategies by client and/or channel in line with the company and brand strategies
  • You will develop and maintain good customer relationships with assigned key account
  • You will manage visual merchandising duties and instore activities installations 
  • You may be assigned to help manage key account in other Asian countries at a later stage


Requirements:

  • Important: Experience & proficiency in direct management of Retailers
  • University graduate or above, preferable in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years sales or marketing experience of managing B2C/key account/Retailer in FMCG/Electronic/Digital industry
  • Strong understanding of branding as a key asset for business development and negotiations with business partners
  • Good command of Cantonese and proficient communication skills in English is a must; knowledge in Mandarin a plus
  • Be proficient in MS Windows and Office, with SAP experience a plus
  • Outgoing, self-driven, flexible and positive attitude with good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Travelling is required
  • Immediately available is definitely an advantage
