  • Min. 3 years’ experience in general administration work.
  • Provide quality office administrative duties; invoicing, sales reports, spread-sheets, logistics, customer service etc. 
  • Candidate must be self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, independent yet able to work in a team environmentand under pressure when necessary.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Able to be flexible in performing ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Must be fluent in written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Good communication skills & well-presented
  • Some Accountancy and Shipping experience an advantage.
  • Immediate availability.
