Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the production of bakery, pastries and other related products
  • Maintain, monitor and improve quality performances to comply with the prescribed food quality;
  • Carry out Cost control planning such as food and ingredients, and ordering & inventory management;
  • Set up and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene;
  • Inspect kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to establish standards.


  • Minimum 1 year relevant bakery experience in reputable kitchen
  • Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance;
  • Excellent knowledge of menu planning, cost control and kitchen management;
  • Highly organized with problem solving and multi-tasking skills;
  • Creative and quality-oriented;
  • Team player, hard working, good interpersonal and communication skills
