Handle incoming phone calls, fax, email
Provide administration & clerical support
Responsible for handling of couriers, purchase orders
Assist ad hoc assignments as required
Form 5 / DSE or above
Minimum 1- 2 years of administrative experiences, experience in bank industry will be an advantage
Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
Organized, independent and detail-minded
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Immediate available preferred
