Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls, fax, email
     
  • Provide administration & clerical support
     
  • Responsible for handling of couriers, purchase orders
     
  • Assist ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
     
  • Minimum 1- 2 years of administrative experiences, experience in bank industry will be an advantage
     
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
     
  • Organized, independent and detail-minded
     
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
     
  • Immediate available preferred
