Bank Compensation and Benefit Manager

Our client, an international bank is looking for a high calibre candidates to join their captioned position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for develop and implement compensation strategies for the company
  • Provide the business both HR business partners and line managers direction and insights on the market trend on compensation and benefits development
  • Handle full spectrum of benefits and policy review
  • Lead the C&B team and drive C&B projects and programs to ensure quality and according to the project timeline
  • Provide consultative advice on Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Drive productivity improvements of team to ensure a high quality standard of HR services are provided to employees and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date, workflows and processes are in place to compile with Company policy and Hong Kong Employment Ordinance

Job Requirements:              

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines                              
  • Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience in sizable company
  • Well experience in benefits and company policy review
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Independently, initiative, flexible and supervisory skills
  • Proficient both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
