Our client is a fast moving international corporation with proven track record who is looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor to provide support to their client service team.



  • Handle inbound enquiry calls from members and high-net worth clients
  • Understand customer needs and provide professional advices
  • Handle banking, insurance and investment enquiries
  • Provide solutions and route calls to respective department
  • Follow up and conduct reports
  • Support in administrative and clerical duties



  • Higher diploma or above in any discipline
  • 1 year of working experiences in customer service (recent graduates are welcomed)
  • Customer-centric with effective communication skills
  • Sensitive to numbers
  • Possesses with a can-do attitude, eager to learn and develop
  • Native in Cantonese, Fluent in English and Mandarin
