About the Role
You will receive intensive classroom training in the first 3 weeks of your job about banking operation, compliance, transaction, investment products as a Customer Service Ambassador. The career path is transparent: you can be promoted in 1 year and potentially to be into managerial grade in around 5 years.

Responsibilities

  • Handling daily counter transaction for retail clients
  • Handling customers' enquiries with high quality servicing
  • Establish and cultivate relationship with customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services


Requirements

  • Interested in pursuing a career in Banking / Operation
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage
  • No Finance / Banking background is needed, training will be provided
  • Welcome DSE / university graduate, or candidates from servicing industries
