Bank Relationship Manager (SME/Commercial Banking)

Our client, a reputable banking institution, is currently seeking to recruit Relationship Managers to expand its SME to middle market corporate customer portfolio as part of the Bank's strategic plan.


  • Develop strategies for delivery of the Bank's products and services to targeted SME/commercial clients to achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Build and deepen relationship with customers through proactively identifying opportunities for cross-selling and optimising clients' utilization to increase the Bank's share of wallet
  • Prospect new business through internal and external channels
  • Negotiate, structure and prepare business proposals to meet clients' financial needs
  • Conduct credit assessment and due diligence to ensure credit and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain good portfolio management and credit quality


  • Degree holder with minimum 5 to 8 years' relevant experience
  • Strong business development and prospecting skills
  • Sound understanding of the commercial lending products and well-developed connections
  • Good industry knowledge with solid credit analytical and presentation skills
  • Sales driven with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
