Our client a leading investment banking is looking for an Admin Assistant to provide secretarial support to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director

  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules and personal matters

  • Handle Director's personal issue, such as renew maid' contract, hire driver, and suggest travel plan

  • Responsible for making travel, accommodation and logistics arrangement

  • Maintain filing system and confidential information

  • Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations

  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above

  • 1-2 years working experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent command in spoken and written English

  • Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Pro-active, mature, well-organised and an excellent team player

  • Able to multi-task, prioritize workload and work in a fast paced environment
