Banking Assistant / Clerk (5-day work)

Our client is a Banking and Financial Company.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide clerical support including arrangement of meetings, word processing, filing, etc
  • To provide logistical support for seminars, meetings and roadshows etc.
  • To perform other duties assigned by the supervisors


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above,
  • Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B" before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination.
  • 1 year working experience preferable in Banking and Finance.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks.
  • Strong Excel and communication skills.
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
