Banking Assistant / Clerk (Admin) (5-day work)

Our client is a Banking and Financial Company.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide general administrative and clerical support including arrangement of meetings, logistic support, word processing, filing, etc
  • To liaise with vendors
  • To perform other duties assigned by the supervisors


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above,
  • Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B" before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination;
  • 1 year relevant experience preferred;
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks;
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
