Banking Contact Centre - People Experience Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with a joined up approach to deliver business requirements at pace and with minimum conflict
  • Encourage an open and welcoming culture on site, establish communication channels and deliver communication pieces to build awareness and increase transparency
  • Handle day to day employee relations matters, including but not limited to performance issues, grievances, disciplinary processes, dismissals or redundancies
  • To coach and guide line managers during performance improvement process
  • Participate in the design, develop and roll out the staff programs to improve attrition metrics and our team engagement

Requirements: 

  • University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in contact centre business, with staff development / people management experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of how to motivate people and drive high performance
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
