  • Handle phone enquires from customer via phone and email
  • Handle complaints cases
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by manager


Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • Experience in customer servicing would be advantageous
  • Responsible and enthusiastic
  • Customer oriented and positive attitude
  • Fluent in Cantonese is a must (Fluent English and Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Fresh graduates are welcome

 

About Work:

  • 5 days work week
  • Working Location: Shek Mun/ Quarry Bay
  • Shift duty required
