Retail Distribution

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 250 branches and service outlets, including over 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Banking Services Officer (Account & Deposit), Cross Border Banking Services.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist Relationship Managers in providing timely, professional and premium services to Mainland customers
  • Build good relationship with Mainland customers and understand their needs in order to refer sales opportunity to Relationship Managers
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and consolidate their feedback so as to assist in process enhancement for higher customer satisfaction
  • Participate in offsite events to support marketing initiatives
  • Keep abreast of the compliance requirements, control procedures and guidelines and adhere to them during service provision
  • Support in daily administrative and operational work
  • Travel occasionally subject to business needs

 

Requirements

  • University degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience in the banking field
  • Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination, and attains Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute Licenses an advantage
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua a definite advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
