Bar Captain / Bartender (Japanese Restaurant and Bar)

Responsibilities:

  • Present menus and explain the menu items to guests, offer suggestions, take guest orders
  • Ensure all food & beverage orders are served in a timely manner
  • In charge of the section assigned
  • Maintain a smooth and efficient daily operation at the restaurant
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks and process payments
  • Provide support to Head Bartender in coordinating a variety of activities such as hiring and training of staff, arranging schedules and guests requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma in food & beverage operations or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hospitality, catering or related professional area
  • Sound operational and supervisory knowledge and experience
  • Mature, outgoing, presentable with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

*Less experience will be considered as Bartender* 

Attractive remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
