Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficiency of the overall operation.
     
  • To upsell all beverage item to the patrons in outlets and maintain good beverage business according to the target set with the department head.
     
  • Ensure outlet furniture settings are arranged according to specification.
     
  • Oversee the promotional decoration of the outlet.
     
  • Oversee staff service training.
     
  • Scheduling of duty roster.
     
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the outlet.
     
  • Ensure all staff comply with internal regulations and house rules. Discipline staff as required.

Qualifications

  • Hospitality / F&B Management or equivalent in related discipline
     
  • At least 6-8 years solid experience in the similar capacity
     
  • Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
     
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
