Bar Supervisor - Lobster Bar & Grill
Job MatcherWe are looking for a Bar Supervisor - Lobster Bar & Grill based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Bartender, we rely on you to:
- Provide consistent and high-quality food and beverage service to guests
- Promote seasonal beverages and food items to guests
- Assist in managing the operations in bar and dining area
- Supervise and assist in the training of bar staff
- Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by supervisors
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in hotel / club industry
- Strong knowledge in cocktail and wine
- Good communication skills and a good team player
