Bartender (5 days work per week)


  • 5-day week


  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Upsell wine and spirits to guests
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by delighting guests in dining experiences, anticipates guests’ needs and exceeding their expectations, even when under stress


  • Familiar with Food & Beverage operation
  • Knowledge in cocktail mixing
  • Knowledge in Wine and Champagne
  • Relevant experience in hotel would be an advantage
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, customer oriented, polite and well mannered, creative, hardworking, work well with others
  • Good hygiene practice
  • Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Undergone formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
