Billing Assistant / Clerk

  • Handle all clerical support and check invoices for correct billing
  • Answer customer’s enquiry and follow up with customers on credit or billing issues
  • Issue billing / commercial related letters and maintain an updated customer’s database
  • Arrange cheque collection, and coordinate with accounts to ensure payment receipt
  • Responsible for record keeping, office routine and operational filing
  • Assist in any other errands, ad-hoc projects or other assignments as required


  • Higher Diploma holder with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience, account servicing experience is definitely an advantage; fresh graduated will also be considered
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize, able to work under pressure and manage tight schedule
  • Attention to details, comfortable with numbers, presentable, able to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good writing skill in handling correspondence, and customer’s letter in both English and Chinese
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

Work Location: TYTL108RP, Sai Tso Wan Road, Tsing Yi Island (Free shuttle bus is provided)
