  • Responsible for creating the Building Information Models and providing advisory services to the Project Management team
  • Implement BIM technology on residential projects
  • Maintain accurate data set in drawings, design specifications and project schedules
  • Facilitate better BIM applications in order to improve the communication, coordination, management of delivery time, cost and quality throughout the project cycles
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal/external partners to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects with the BIM models
  • Modify and advise on altering design, variations and track changes


  • Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least two years of relevant experience in BIM 3D modelling, preferably gained from a consultancy or property developer
  • Hands-on BIM software / applications experience
  • Passionate in new technology and innovation to envisage future trends 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as BIM Manager
