BIM project management and coordination. Management of BIM manpower resources deployment for projects;
Technical support to tendering and subletting;
Managing to ensure that the execution of BIM works in projects are in accordance with the relevant BIM standards and project specifications;
Management and supervision of Project BIM Teams operation;
Supervision of operation of in-house BIM team;
Research and development of applications of BIM software;
Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent;
CIC certified BIM manager; Professional Member of Hong Kong Institution of Building Information Modeling, or equivalent;
Min. 6 years of relevant experience in BIM in construction industry, within which at least 1 year should be in managerial level in a BIM Team;
Good knowledge in technical and project management of BIM and construction projects;
Good knowledge of BIM software, e.g. Revit, Naviswork, 3dMax;
Good interpersonal, leadership and team management skills;
Good communication skill with proactive and positive attitude;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant BIM Manager.
