  • Coordinate with stakeholders on the planning, setting-up and maintenance of the BIM systems (Facilities); 
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive building information modeling databases for facilities management for various projects; 
  • Monitor and manage automation, conversion and standardization of all BIM files & data for facilities management system use; 
  • Provide advice to the tendering team for projects requiring BIM qualification for facilities, and provide professional advice on BIM implementation; 
  • Responsible for monitoring the Building Information Models built by the project team & providing office support and advisory services; 
  • Collaborate innovation initiatives to support the presentations and promote execution strategies at corporate level; 
  • Manage BIM technology implementation and assuring the quality deliverables on construction projects; 
  • Monitor project team to maintain accurate data set in drawings, design specifications and project schedules; 
  • Assist in the research and facilitating the means of better BIM applications in order to improve the communication, co-ordination, management and delivery time, cost and quality throughout the building life cycle of the projects; 
  • Manage and co-ordinate with different stakeholders including consultants and contractors in the smooth execution and delivery of projects with architectural design and the usage of BIM models; 


  • Degree or above in Architecture or other related discipline; 
  • Professional member of HKIA / HKIBIM; 
  • Minimum 5 years site project experience with minimum 3 years hands on BIM implementation experience on larger scale and multi-disciplinary projects; 
  • Proficient in BIM software e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks; 
  • Strong management, good problem solving and analytical skills; 
  • Good command of spoken and written in English & Chinese;
