BIM Manager

Job Duties:

•             Prepare and provide BIM solution as deliverables

•             Maintain BIM standard throughout the project

•             Liaise with project stakeholders on the progress

•             Handle full set of of documentation drawings from BIM independently

•             Ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

•             CIC-Certified BIM Manager

•             Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM experience

•             Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software and/or PowerPoint & Microsoft Office

•             Willing to learn, responsible, independent, self-motivated and hardworking

•             Organized, detail oriented & able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision

•             Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

BIM Coordinator

Job Duties:

•             Handle full set of Auto-CAD tender drawings and BD submission drawings independently

•             Ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

•             CIC-Certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC) or above

•             Minimum 3 years of relevant BIM experience

•             Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software and/or PowerPoint & Microsoft Office

•             Willing to learn, responsible, independent, self-motivated and hardworking

•             Organized, detail oriented & able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision

•             Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

BIM Modeller

Job Duties:

•             Handle full set of Auto-CAD tender drawings and BD submission drawings

•             Ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

•             Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Building discipline or higher

•             Minimum 2 years of relevant BIM experience

•             Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software and/or PowerPoint & Microsoft Office

•             Willing to learn, responsible, independent, self-motivated and hardworking

•             Organized, detail oriented & able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision

•             Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
