BIM Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Overall BIM management, leading and supporting Project Group’s or Teams’ BIM development
• Work with project teams to develop and implement BIM strategies and BIM uses in accordance with company standards, client requirements and industry best practices
• Work with project teams to set-up and prepare BIM models in accordance with company standards, client requirements and industry best practices for co-ordination, collaboration, Cad drawings generation, etc.
• Handle BIM project contract and proposal, execution plan development, implementation and enforcement
• Setup and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) systems on projects i.e. BIM 360 or equivalent
• Setup and implement the latest BIM Technologies on projects i.e. Clash Detection, Digital Fabrication, MiC, DfMA, IoT, BMS
• Develop BIM standards and implement efficiently on projects, resolve BIM issues and ensure quality BIM deliverables
• Lead, manage, coordinate and audit the project as the project BIM manager
• Collaborate with external consultants and other project stakeholders

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Architectural or multi-disciplined design projects with at least 4 years’ experience in Project and Corporate BIM management or 2 years post HKIA or CIC certified BIM working experience
• BIM Pro (HKIA), CIC-Certified BIM Manager (CCBM) or Equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Navisworks, Dynamo, and other BIM Tools
• Good knowledge in technical and project management of BIM and construction projects
• Good interpersonal, leadership and team management skills with proactive and positive attitude
• Experience in developing and conducting of BIM training for a company and / or for the industry
• Good command in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
