BIM Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning, management and development of In-house BIM Team.


• BIM project management and coordination. Prepare BIM project proposals.


• Supervision of Project BIM Team for smooth execution and delivery of project with BIM technology.


• Management of BIM manpower resources deployment for projects.


• Budget planning and control for project BIM works.


• Development and implement BIM strategies, BIM execution plans, quality control and workflows in accordance with relevant BIM standards and contract requirements.


• Planning and facilitate BIM training for in-house technical staffs.


• Provide guidance on BIM technology development and implementation.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or above in either Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent academic qualification


• Professional Member of Hong Kong Institution of Building Information Modeling or CIC-Certified BIM Manager or equivalent professional qualification


• HKIBIM Certified Expert Level 1 and Level 2 or Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent professional qualification


• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in BIM in construction industry, within which at least 5 years should be in managerial level in a BIM Team


• Good knowledge in technical and project management of BIM implementation in building construction projects


• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese


• Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and team management skills


• Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude


• Good knowledge of BIM software and relevant standards
