BIM Team Leader

Requirements:

• Corporate member of an appropriate in situation;
• Minimum of five years relevant post-qualification experience plus university degree;
• Equivalent in an appropriate engineering or construction-related discipline;
• Minimum of three years of practical experience in management of BIM projects;

OR

• CIC-Certified BIM Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordination and assistance in BIM implementation on projects;
• Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models;
• To ensure the accurate asset information in the BIM model for hand-over submission;
• Lead BIM team to implement BIM applications, complete all BIM Tacks and provide quality deliverables
• Provide technical support for internal engineers or other BIM users;
• Lead and execute BIM modelling and modification works;
• Reporting to management team regarding BIM coordination progress on the BIM projects
