BOSS Line Control Analyst (12 months Contract)

Our client, a multinational banking in the world is looking for high caliber candidate to fill the following position.


  • The main focus of the role is to ensure consistent adherence to the internal control framework, provide effective regional line of site and understanding of risks and issues, and partner with Operations Management in proactively supporting them to resolve risks and provide practical business solutions.
  • Oversight responsibilities for ensuring the uptake, adherence and effective operation of the control mandate for all BOSS locations in Asia.
  • Cultivate and reinforce a positive risk culture across Operations, be a visible and proactive role model, drive behaviours and shape outcomes that contribute to exemplary conduct in risk management performance at all levels in Operations
  • Assist the Operation Lead to help manage the delivery of multiple workstreams under the defined scope and components to deliver business and functional requirements across assigned workstreams.
  • Work closely with Change Leads, Operation Users and Product Development teams, IT and other internal partners to support the transition of new clients onto the Boss platform, and remediate gaps and issues as required.


  • Audit background is preferable
  • Experience working in a risk function
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
  • Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners and work with colleagues who are geographically dispersed
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to analyse complex data to identify trend and root cause
  • Ability to review processes, systems and products and identify integral risk factors
  • Ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines, taking into account relative priorities.
  • A proven delivery track record combined with a sound knowledge of risk management processes.
  • The role requires a proactive and articulate individual, comfortable leading a multi-disciplined team, dealing with a broad number of senior management, able to shape key messages, and influence senior management teams in delivering practical solutions that noticeably move the dial in Operations.
