Main purposes of the job:

  • Assist boutique daily operations. Achieve designated sales targets and KPIs; 
  • Ensure complete customers satisfaction all the time”F

Key responsibilities 

Sales

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs;
  • Convey a commitment to providing unsurpassed Customer Service ensuring that follows sales procedures enthusiastically satisfy customers; 
  • Handle customer complaints and enquiries in a timely manner, in order to enhance customer satisfaction;
  • Manage long term relationship with customers to create sustainable sales.

Operations 

  • Implement company regulation; operation policies and procedures;
  • Assist to manage upkeep and conditions of all equipment, fixtures and facilities of store premises”F
  • Ensure all relevant QA check, standards, food and health & safety checks are completed and that all necessary remedial action is taken or issues escalated as required;
  • Ensure the store is opened/closed & operated in line with all company standards, policies & procedures”C

Administration

  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are in place to maintain cash & stock security and that all necessary actions are taken to ensure all transactions involving stock and/or cash are done in a secure manner;
  • Assist in store marketing events, VM and ensure they are implemented & maintained effectively;

Others

  • Be the role model of Our Way culture;
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the management. 

KPI 

  • Sales (ex: Comp. sales; sales achievement, etc.)
  • Operations (ex: QA; SOP, etc.)
  • Customer Service (ex: MSP; CRM, etc.)

Job Requirements 

Knowledge and skills

  • Familiarity with computer;
  • Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese (both written & speaking) and inter-personal skills”F
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) ”F
  • Sales skills”F
  • Initiative and learning oriented;

Education 

  • High school or Vocational School Graduate”F
  • Hospitality Management

Experience 

  • Previous experience in customer service, Hotel retail or food industry preferred;
  • 1-year Operational management/Supervisory experience is a plus.
