Our client is a global leader in Luxury Jewelry.  To cope with their business expansion and store openings, they are now looking for a Boutique Coordinator (Luxury Jewelry)

Boutique Coordinator/ Sales Admin (Luxury Jewelry)
Major Responsibilities:

  • The role is located in shop and reports to the Boutique Manager.
  • Handles all back-office operation tasks including after-sale service, CRM data update, and analysis reports.
  • Works closely with Stock Assistants on stock replenishment and stock management. Advise Boutique Manager on the stock management for optimization of sales.
  • Works closely with retail team members on after-sales service.
  • Support Boutique Manager on all different reporting and analysis on important métiers.
  • Support the shop on all ad hoc back-office tasks.
  • Works closely with Boutique Manager to ensure that all company policies/procedures in store are followed.
  • Identify the system weakness of the boutique and advise plans of improvement.
  • Regular reporting to management and ensure information is well transmitted to related parties

Requirements & Capabilities:

  • At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail
  • Motivated to learn and to improve
  • Proactive, self-initiated, detail minded, creative, good team player, good communication skill
  • Flexible, good common sense and good problem solving skill.
  • Familiar in computer operation with very good knowledge on usage of excel
