The postholder will report to the Customer Services Manager (Box Office). He/She will undertake Box Office counter duties and ticket sales; answer venue enquiry; assist in the preparation of daily sales reports, event settlements and financial reconciliation; and perform other box office duties in support of the daily operation of the Office. The appointee is expected to perform shift duties including shift work on Sundays and gazetted holidays.
(a) have at least 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in the HKCEE / HKDSEE, including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language;
(b) preferably have at least 2 years experience in ticket selling and cashier office;
(c) have good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua; and
(d) have good computer skills.
TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
Appointment will be for one year. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
