Branch Customer Service Officer/Teller
Job responsibilities
- Perform a variety of retail customer transactions over the counter in a professional manner
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to the customers
- Answer customers' enquiries and establish relationship with customers
Job requirements
- Secondary level or above, previous teller's experience is an advantage
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
