Perform managerial duties including to maximize efficiency and productivity of the branch, ensure business targets are met, and conduct team trainings
Effectively monitor branch performance in terms of loan growth, delinquency, interest rate and net profit, and to enforce the compliance with operation standards and company policies.
Control potential credit risks and maximize branch profit
Carry out credit judgment and approval in accord with prescribed limit of lending authority
Manage sales performance, formulate sales pipeline on daily sales planning and business management
Ensure branch and loan proceedings are in compliance with procedural and documentation requirements
Responsible for sales coaching and people management to ensure the team understands and shares the same direction and goal of the Company
Support the implementation of business plan and marketing strategic plan
Degree holder or equivalent
Minimum 10 years' experience in loans industry, preferably with experience in leading teams
Knowledge in management and credit assessment.
Good communication skills
Excellent market sense and initiative
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
