A. Responsibilities:

  1. The Branch Manager is responsible for matching and consultative selling to the prospective employers' in their search for foreign domestic helpers (FDH) via our database.
  2. The Branch Manager is also responsible to provide advice to our clients on issues relating to the application and daily management of FDH.
  3. According to the company's objective, directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
  4. Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for staff personnel

B. Requirements:

  1. Have branch management experience, as a retail outlet or service sector institution
  2. Excellent organizational and human resources management skills
  3. Ability to meet sales targets
  4. The applicant should be aggressive, self-motivated, and able to co-operate with other team members to achieve outstanding sales and service performance targets.
  5. We accept applicants with limited experience, or retirees, or non Chinese minority population candidates.
  6. The candidate is also preferably be PC literate and able to input and scan data into a computer.
  7. Immediate availability;
  8. Mature, initiative, & independent;
  9. Fair command of spoken & written English and Chinese;
  10. Willing to learn and under work pressure.
  11. Rest Day on every Thursday and Flexible Weekday
  12. The post shall require working on Sundays


C. Offer:

1. Average Monthly Package of No Less than HKD35,000 per month
