ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Provide sales and service support to Relationship Manager in serving consolidated banking customers
•Ensure that all service queries are resolved timely
•Handle general enquiries / complaints and resolve issues
•Deliver superior quality service to customers and refer potential customers to Relationship Manager in the branch
•Assist in meeting overall branch sales and service target\

 

REQUIREMENTS:


•University Degree Holder
•Qualifications in IIQE OR HKSI related areas are required
•Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience in retail branch banking
•Good service orientation and attentive to details
•Proactive with good communications and interpersonal skills
•Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
