Branch Sales Support Officer (Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily clerical administration work of Branch Sales Team
  • Monitor the flow & status of Personal Loan / Credit Card applications submitted by Branch Sales Team
  • Prepare Daily / Weekly Sales Report for Branch Sales Team and checking the status of each loan / credit card applications
  • Update information of loan / credit card applications in the MIS Report
  • Follow up the monthly sales assurance checking results and assist Manager to conduct necessary investigations
  • Arrange weekly Branch Sales Meetings, consolidate meeting materials and take minutes during meetings

Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant clerical experience, preferably in sales support team
  • Proficient in MS Applications, including Excel (e.g. Pivot Table), Word, PowerPoint and Chinese/ English word processing
  • Good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
