Brand Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily retail operations of all stores, assist Brand Manager to achieve revenue and customer services goal
  • Participate in social media marketing & marketing events
  • Prepare regular analysis reports
  • Update and maintain retail operations policy and procedure manual for stores
  • Facilitate communication between office and stores
  • Coordinate regular stock take
  • Coordinate regular sales meeting & product training for store staff
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in fashion design or related disciplines is a plus
  • 1-2 years experience in retail industry, experienced candidates will be considered as brand executive
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed oriented, responsible, being able to multi task and work under pressure, self-motivated, open-minded
  • Team player
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
