Key Responsibilities:-

  • Oversee day to day operational management for retail stores and liaise with all support functions at back office
  • Assist to prepare various reports, such as: retails sales reports, monthly business reports, regular analysis and stock movement report
  • Ensure effective communication between office and retail shop for coordination of operational activities
  • Handle all front line retail staff enquiries and weekly reports preparations
  • Brand management such as: inventory, promotion, visual merchandising and implement retail operation procedures
  • Coordinate logistics for new stores setups/renovation and closures
  • Assist in projects assigned by Manager
  • Work closely with retail team to support their daily operations

Requirements:-

  • Degree holder with minimum 1 year of solid experience in retail / brand management
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Good team player, mature, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Organized, detail-minded and result-oriented. Able to handle multi-tasks.
  • Familiar with Excel (pivot table and vlookup functions) and Powerpoint
