Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily retail operations with front line team
  • Participate in social media marketing and in-store marketing events
  • Prepare regular analysis reports
  • Respond to customers’ queries and complaints effectively
  • Update and maintain retail operations policy and procedure manual
  • Facilitate communication between office and stores
  • Coordinate regular stock take
  • Coordinate monthly sales meeting and prepare product training material
  • Brainstorm online promotions and giveaways to increase brand awareness
  • Identify potential collaboration opportunities
  • Assist in managing website content, operations and logistics
  • Review and analysis all online activities

Requirements:

  • Experienced candidates will be considered as brand executive
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Good common sense, Good reporting skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detailed oriented, responsible, multi tasking, work under pressure, self-motivated, open-minded
  • Knowledge in different social media platforms
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
