  • Manage Retail P&L and maximize profitability by driving sales, minimizing operating costs through effective management of operation and manpower planning
  • Communicate effectively with Principal in product and marketing information gathering, advertising and promotion support liaison, and subsequently prepare presentation to management and marketing team
  • Formulate & execute marketing plan to achieve desirable brand image, to maximize retail presence and on-field presence, and to induce purchase within approved budget
  • Conduct periodic market analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented strategies & to devise future business development planning
  • Supervise the product team in product management including product development, product selection, placement order, pricing and inventory control



  • University graduate
  • 8 years retail sales, operations management or business planning experience
  • Strong business sense and ability to drive the business
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Presentable, numeric sensitive, good fashion sense
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
