As a result of the expansion, we are looking for a Brand Service Manager/ Operation Manager to join our team:


 

Job Details:

  • Improve brand image and brand strategies to enhance brand awareness;
  • Supervise a CS team and execute all task to ensure operational excellence;
  • Establish the company's reputation and status of the medical professional;
  • Manage staff communication skill, service quality and improve customer relationship;
  • Regular review staff development plan for frontline operations;
  • Assist in achieving performance and customer service standards;
  • Participate in customer service and business projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines;
  • Experience in luxury brands is a must.
  • Strong in communication and customer service skill;
  • Minimum 4- 5 years relevant working experience in a supervisory role;
  • Independent, mature, outgoing and positive; good communication skill and strong business sense.
