BS Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Contract administration of building services
  installation for building construction projects
• Manage and supervise a team of assistant
  building services engineers and sub-contractors on site for execution of
  building services installation
• Coordination and production of CSD, CBWD,
  CRCP
• Coordination and monitor site activities,
  including progress, installation workmanship, T&C
• Coordinate with clients, architect,
  consultant, sub-contractors, utilities undertakers, government departments

Job Requirement:

• Higher
  Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or
  equivalent
• Minimum 5
  years of relevant experience in building services engineering in construction
  industry
• Good knowledge
  in technical and project management of building services and construction
• Experience in
  contract administration
• Good
  coordination skills in technical, CSD, CBWD, CRCP
• Good command
  of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good
  interpersonal skills, leadership skills and team management skills
• Good
  communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
• Knowledge of
  AutoCAD drafting
