  • Monitor all security related systems, e.g. access control system, CCTV etc
  • Execute the procedure of access control and visitors' registration
  • Liaise with tenants and handle tenants' enquiries and complaints
  • Monitor the performance of frontline / outsourced security guards, cleaning and landscaping contractors
  • Handle daily and incident reports
  • Handle security related matters and emergency incidents



  • Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit & QAS certificate, first aid certificate is an advantage
  • Form 5 or above with experience in disciplinary work force is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years or above working experience in security / customer service industry
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Good PC skills, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Shift duty is required
  • Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Building Supervisor
