  • Handle incoming phone calls & email correspondences
  • Provide administrative support to building services team
  • Prepare payment for various invoices and expenses report
  • Assist to manage and maintain records of fixed assets & document warehouse services
  • Assist in ad-hoc task as assigned by Supervisor
  • Maintain the filing system with proper handling
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office applications, in particular MS-Excel and MS-Word
  • Post-secondary education with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
