Building Services Engineer / Sr. Engineer (BS / E&M)

Organized Building and Construction Group who is focus on projects for Private, Government and Commercial sectors, they are seeking a potential person and provide long-term career development :
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Manage and monitor building services installation (E&M) for building construction projects
- Coordinate and monitor of various building services drawings & submission , method statement submission, including site E&M's activities, progress, installation workmanship, T&C (Testing & Commissioning)
- Coordinate and Meeting with clients, architect, consultant, sub-contractors, utilities undertakers, government departments; and arrange inspection
Qualification & Experience
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in building services engineering in building and construction industry
- Solid experience in Electrical / HVAC / MVAC / Plumbing and Drainage is preferably gained f rom an E/M Sub-contracting Company
- Competency in MS Office / MS Project applications / AutoCAD
- Conversant in BIM application will be advantage
- Experience in projects governed by recognized environmental assessment standards, like BEAM-plus, LEED will be advantage
- Good coordination skills in preparation & submission of technical and E&M drawings e.g. CSD
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication skills with proactive attitude
