Building Services Engineer

The Job :

• Provide building services engineering support to the assigned project
• Ensure the progress and standard of workmanship and quality to meet the client’s requirement by site inspection, close coordination and supervision on subcontractor’s work
• Contribute to ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety disciplines according to the regulations and company guidelines
• Monitor the design development progress with consultants

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years' experience in BS consultant and previous exposure in site inspection is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of BIM model software applications is an advantage
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
