Building Services Inspector
Job Duties:
- Supervise building services contractors for development projects to ensure that installation works are completed safely, timely, and in compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
- Monitor progress and workmanship quality, carry out inspections, participate in testing and commissioning, manage site records
- Assist in reviewing design and contractors’ submittals, and ensure as-built drawings and documents quality
- Prepare reports and keep records of works carried out
Requirements:
- Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience including 6 years site work experience
- Candidate with contractor work experience would be an advantage
