Building Services Manager (Asset Enhancement)


The successful candidate will independently handle the M/E installations of asset enhancement projects of the Group from inception to final completion including feasibility studies, project planning, liaison with project consultants and utilities companies. He/She will also prepare budget for building services upgrading works and monitoring work quality and progress, check and assess variation, extension of time and payment claims from contractors and prepare final account.


  • Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Corporate member of HKIE, CIBSE or IMechE preferred but not essential
  • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in handling M/E work in residential and commercial A&A projects
  • Must have uncompromising integrity, strong sense of responsibility and good supervisory skills
